Panasonic Technics SL-XP5 XP7 Power Supply ± 6V ± 7.2V DC Linear Power Supply
Exclusive customized ± 7.2V 800mA DC linear power supply.
Suitable for Technics SL-XP3/XP5/XP7/X8
Panasonic NP3/5/10
JVC XL-R10,VICTOR CD 05/07, Waiting for portable CD players and all-in-one machines.
The specially designed transformer module is made of imported silicon steel sheets from Japan, stamped and laminated with molds. Its capacity is 1.5 times that of the original XP5/7 power supply, providing more abundant electrical energy and sufficient capacity reserves for the CD player, enabling the machine to fully unleash its potential and always work at its best.
Far exceeding the output stability of the original power supply, the voltage fluctuation is only ± 0.2V (the voltage fluctuation of the Technic original power supply is around ± 2.5V).
The most compact internal structure design, with a size similar to the original Technics power supply, and a net weight of 425 grams (Technics original power supply is 330 grams).
Mold injection molded high-strength nylon plug, with good contact and reliable fit with the machine, matched with side contact points, without poor contact or short circuit.
The only mass-produced process customization, stable performance, quality assurance, meticulous workmanship, ultra soft wire, standard wire length of 1.5 meters.
If you need personalized customization for ultra long, ultra short lines, special shapes, special plugs, different capacities, different voltages, etc., please contact Wangwang. You can also contact us for customization of other special power supplies.
The 220V input used in Chinese Mainland is available in retail at any time, and can be directly photographed for delivery on the same day of payment.
We can customize different input voltage power supplies in batches according to the voltage of other regions around the world. We have completed dozens of batches of North American voltage versions, but non 220V inputs are only available in batches, with a minimum of 20 per batch and not for retail.

Revision and upgrade log:
In December 2012, after three revisions and minor adjustments, the output voltage of XP5 was specifically increased for users in areas with unstable voltage in the Southern Power Grid, allowing XP5 to display full grid electricity.
In March 2013, due to mass customization by Hong Kong friends, a fourth revision was carried out, using a new universal shell, re labeling, pressing the customized tail of the wire, and reinforcing the joints, making the overall design more durable and standardized.

The fifth customized revision in July 2013 changed the internal circuit from manual soldering to printed PCB board, improving shielding ability and quality consistency. The internal and external processes have reached the level of factory goods for mass production. The new version uses higher end pure European audio capacitors.

On July 20, 2014, I finally borrowed an injection mold and re injected the plug with the best nylon material. It has stronger toughness than before and will not become brittle even in extreme low temperature environments in northern winter. Improved the durability of the plug. Blue has been added to the injection molding raw materials to indicate differentiation, and blue plugs will be used for a considerable period of time in the future.

On August 2, 2014, the bottom packaging was replaced with black sealant that matches the color of the outer shell, making it more secure.
On November 6, 2018, according to the requirements of North American wholesale customers, we once again invested in stamping molds and produced new contact metal parts, upgrading from surface contact to contact side contact that is the same as the original factory. Greatly improving the reliability and durability of the contact, even machines with severely worn surfaces on the power contacts can be used reliably. Finally, it can be said that the contact is as reliable as the original power supply. If the shell is not replaced in the future, this should be the last redesign.
