International Parcel Shipping and Compensation
All products purchased from NEWBECCA are delivered through third-party logistics companies. We have no control over issues arising during the shipping process, such as parcel damage, delayed delivery, or shortages. If such issues are caused by the logistics company, NEWBECCA will not be held liable for any compensation.
1. Parcel Damage
NEWBECCA takes photos of the products, product quantities, and packaging before shipping. If customers discover damage to the parcel upon receipt, please contact the logistics company to file a claim. NEWBECCA will not be held liable for any compensation.
2. Delayed Delivery
NEWBECCA collaborates with third-party logistics companies, and all aspects of the shipping process are beyond NEWBECCA's control. In case of delayed delivery, please contact the logistics company's staff or reach out to our customer service team for assistance in investigating the matter.
3. Shortage in Quantity
All NEWBECCA packages are shipped from China, and 20% of the packages will be inspected by customs upon arrival at the destination. Illegal products will be confiscated by customs. NEWBECCA is not responsible for any shortages in quantity.
